Supra Telecoms is situated right in the middle of the bustle at Jamalpur Chowk, 340/14, on Kalbadevi Main. If you’ve ever been to Kalbadevi, you know how crowded and loud it gets. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with phones, lines, and all the bits and pieces that go with telecom work. The space is narrow, filled with boxes and equipment from floor to ceiling. It's not the kind of place where you’d find a waiting lounge. Most of the time, we're either talking to customers over the counter or testing out some new hardware. My brother and I started this after working for a larger firm for years. We preferred having our own small spot. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, people just know we're here because of the address. The electricity in this old building can be a bit finicky, but we’ve got our backups. It’s a lot of manual work, checking connections and making sure the signals are clear. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people's phones work. We take lunch when we can, usually from the stall around the corner. It's a busy life in Kalbadevi, but we like being part of the community here. We just show up, do the repairs, and handle the sales until it’s time to lock up.
