Enpire Industries House Of Batteries

If you come down to the Madhu Industrial Estate on Mogra Village Road in Andheri East, you will find Enpire Industries House Of Batteries at number 2. We have been here for a while, surrounded by other small factories and workshops. Our place is basically filled from floor to ceiling with all types of batteries. It’s a heavy job, and we spend a lot of time moving crates with a small trolley. The industrial estate is always noisy with the sound of machinery and delivery vans coming in and out. Inside our unit, it’s a bit cooler, which is good for the stock. We don't have a fancy front desk; usually, someone just walks in and talks to whoever is closest to the door. We deal with everything from small batteries to large ones for industrial machines. Our hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the casings and lead. We drink our tea in small glass cups while we wait for the next delivery truck to arrive. It’s not the most glamorous job, but batteries are something everyone needs. The road outside can get very muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main gate. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. It’s a busy, dusty place, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Andheri East.
