You’ll find us at Shop No 11 in the Gulab Shah Estate. We are right on the 60 Feet Main Road in Kurla West, across from Manku Garage. It’s a noisy spot with all the cars and bikes going past, but that’s perfect for what we do. The shop is usually full of metal parts and the smell of grease and oil. We spend most of our time with our hands dirty, working on clutches and whatever else comes through the door. It’s not a clean place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. There are tools hanging on the walls and piles of parts that we need to sort through. Sometimes customers come in frustrated because their vehicle isn't working right, and we just tell them to leave it with us. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other mechanics on the road know us. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of stools if someone wants to sit for a minute. The floor is concrete and stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside. We just focus on getting the parts fixed and back into the cars. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it seem like anything else. Just a regular garage shop in Kurla doing its job every day. There is always something that needs fixing.
