Sunrise Metal Industries

Sunrise Metal Industries is located over at B 8 Tardeo on Jaganath Bhosa Marg. It is right across from the Shalimar Cinema which is a big landmark for everyone around here. The shop floor is usually loud because of the machines and the sound of metal being moved around. It gets quite hot in the afternoons especially when we have a lot of orders to finish. We do not have a polished office setup because this is a place where actual work happens with raw materials. There is usually grease on the tables and some scrap pieces lying in the corner waiting to be cleared out. We spend our time taking measurements and cutting things to size for various local projects. The traffic on Jaganath Bhosa Marg is always a bit of a mess so getting deliveries in and out takes some patience. You can smell the popcorn from the cinema sometimes when the wind blows the right way. Most of the staff has been here for years and we just know how things work without having to talk about it too much. We drink a lot of tea from the stall nearby to keep going through the shifts. It is a straightforward business and we do not spend much time on decorations or fancy furniture. We just focus on the metal parts and making sure the counts are right before the trucks arrive. It is a gritty job but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
