Sunny Chavan

I am Sunny Chavan. My place is Room Number 4 in the Laxmi Niwas Chawl. We are located near Pandav Kund in Nardas Nagar, which is just off T. P. Road in Bhandup West. It is a humble setup, but it is where I have lived and worked for most of my life. Bhandup is a very crowded area, and Nardas Nagar is always full of activity. You can always hear people talking in the hallways and the sound of scooters passing by on T. P. Road. I do not have a big office with air conditioning or fancy furniture. It is just a small room where I keep my records and meet with people who need my help. Most of my work comes from the people who live in the chawl or nearby who have known me since I was a kid. I do not use any marketing tricks or try to look like a big company. People come to me because I am right here and they can talk to me face to face. Laxmi Niwas Chawl is a place where everyone knows everyone else. I handle everything myself, from the paperwork to the physical labor. It is a long day sometimes, but I like the routine.
