You can find Britto Tours & Travels over at 2 C 11 in Mahindra Park, which is right on L B S Marg in Ghatkopar. It’s a busy spot because L B S Marg is one of those major roads that never seems to sleep at any hour. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at. It’s just a couple of desks, some maps pinned on the wall, and a phone that rings quite a lot during the day. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best way to get them there without too much trouble. Since we’re in Mahindra Park, we get a lot of locals from Ghatkopar dropping in to ask about train tickets or bus routes for their holidays. We aren’t some big travel agency with hundreds of employees in a tall building. It’s just us here, keeping track of bookings and schedules on our computers. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets delayed, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing things for our clients. It can be stressful, but it’s just part of the job. We don’t really do big advertisements or fancy marketing. Most folks find us because their neighbor or cousin used us before and liked how we worked. We just try to be honest about the prices and the timings. It’s a small office in a big city, but we do our best.
