Sunlight Metal Industries

Sunlight Metal Industries is located in Shop No. 81/83 inside the Ayesha Building, which you’ll find along 4th Kumbharwada Lane. If you know the area, you know how tight these streets are. It’s a hub for metal workers and small shops, so there is always the sound of hammers or cutters in the air. Our shop is packed with metal sheets and various pieces we are working on. There isn't much room to move around once the morning shipment arrives. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the lighting is just some basic tubes that we flick on first thing. We spend our hours measuring, cutting, and making sure the metal pieces fit whatever the customer asked for. It gets pretty warm in here during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The Ayesha Building is an old one, with narrow stairs and a lot of character. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all help each other out when someone needs a tool or an extra hand with a heavy load. It’s a lot of manual labor and sometimes our clothes are covered in dust by the time we close up. We don't have a fancy showroom, just the workspace where the actual work happens. Most people come to us because they know we are right here in the heart of the lane.
