Sunil Jhaveri

My office is at Door No. 3, within unit 201 of the Giriraj building. It’s located on Walkeshwar Road, right near the Teen Batti area. I’ve been using this space for a while now under the name Sunil Jhaveri. The Giriraj building is one of those older structures in the neighborhood that has been around forever. It’s a busy corner of the city, especially with all the cars coming through Teen Batti. The office itself is quite modest. I have a desk, a few chairs, and some bookshelves filled with old records and files. It’s not a large place, but it’s enough for what I do. I’ve spent a lot of my life in this part of town, so I’m very familiar with the streets around Walkeshwar Road. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from the traffic to the people walking by. It’s an honest, simple workspace. I don't have any modern office gadgets or fancy interiors. I just keep things functional. The afternoon sun hits the windows, making it quite bright inside. Sometimes I have to pull the curtains to see my work clearly. It’s a comfortable enough spot for me to handle my affairs. I don’t really have a big team, so it stays pretty quiet inside most of the time. It’s just a place to get work done without any fuss. I like the stability of being here after all these years.
