Sunalloy

Sunalloy is located up on the 3rd floor, Shop No 703, in Moti Kalbadevi. We’re quite close to the Mumbhadevi Temple, so the area is always full of people and energy. Being on the third floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which we actually appreciate. It’s an old building, like most things around here, so it has that specific feel to it. We deal with various metal-related things, mostly just keeping stock and talking to our regular customers. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a mall. It’s a real working shop. We spend most of our time organizing orders or checking what’s come in. The stairs can be a bit much if you’re not used to them, but we don’t mind. We’ve been part of the Kalbadevi market scene for some time now. Everyone around here knows each other. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or big ads. People usually hear about Sunalloy through word of mouth or they just stumble upon us while visiting the temple nearby. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us making sure everything runs smooth. Sometimes it gets dusty with all the materials, but that’s just how it is in this trade. We like the history of this part of Mumbai and being tucked away in this building feels right for us. It is just a place to do business and talk to friends. We stay busy with the local needs and the daily hustle of Kalbadevi. We’ve got no plans to move or change how we do things.
