Sumti Metal Corporation

Our address is 147, Sant Sena Maharaj Marg. It’s a busy street and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The shop is filled with all sorts of metal products, mostly piled up against the walls. We have a counter at the front where we talk to people who come in looking for specific parts or materials. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside. We spend a lot of our time going through the inventory because it’s easy to lose track of smaller items in the back. The street outside is always full of life, and you can hear the traffic and the street sellers all day long. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It’s a lot of manual work, especially when we have to move the heavier plates. We keep a simple ledger for our sales and try to stay on top of the paperwork when it’s quiet. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when the weather is nice, just to get away from the metal dust for a minute. We don't have a corporate strategy or anything like that. We just open the shop in the morning, help the people who come by, and try to make sure we have what they need in stock. It’s a simple way to make a living.
