You can find us in Room No 2/1 of Eshwar Bhavan over in Malad East. We are situated on the 132 Feet Ring Road. It is usually full of heavy trucks and noise. There is an old hospital called Sanjeevani Trust right behind us. That helps people find the location. We deal in all kinds of tools and industrial hardware. The shop always has that metallic smell and a bit of dust because of all the iron and steel we handle. It is a small room. We have boxes piled up everywhere. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. Most of our customers are workers or contractors who just want a specific tool for a job. They tell us the size or the type and we find it in the back. Sometimes it takes a while to dig through the inventory. It gets really hot in here during the summer months. We just keep the door open to get some air from the road. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building is showing its age now. There is always someone coming in asking for a drill bit or a wrench. We just give them what they need and they go on their way. It’s a straightforward business with no frills. We spend our time checking lists and making sure we don't run out of the common items. That’s just how we work.
