Stylrite Optical Ind. is located at 425, Kalbadevi Road, right in the Chira Bazar area. Our post box is P B No.2437 if you’re sending anything by mail. Kalbadevi is a very busy place, especially during business hours. We’ve been here for years, dealing with optical goods. The building is old and has that specific smell of an established business district. We have shelves full of frames and lenses and all the small parts that go with them. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. The street outside is always full of noise and traffic, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don’t have a modern showroom; it’s more of a warehouse and office combined. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the right items go out to the right people. It’s a lot of looking at small things, which can be tiring on the eyes. We’ve got a small crew of people who know the optical trade well. We don’t do much advertising. Most people find us because we’ve been at 425 Kalbadevi Road for so long. It’s a practical setup, nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on the work that needs doing each day and try to keep things moving. There is always something to be cataloged or a new box of stock to be opened and sorted out.
