Steel Traders

Steel Traders is located at No.14/1 on Chamir Road, right in the Mazgaon industrial estate. We've been here for quite a while now and the area is usually busy with people moving things around. Our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. Mostly, we just handle different kinds of steel for whatever projects people are working on. It’s a dusty place, but we keep things moving as best as we can. We aren't a big fancy office, just a yard with some stacks of metal and a small desk for paperwork. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time getting into the gate because the road is narrow, but we manage somehow. People come in looking for specific sizes, and we check what we have in the back. If it’s there, we load it up for them. It is mostly just the three of us here doing the lifting and the record keeping. We started out small and stayed that way, which makes things simpler for us and the folks who buy from us. You'll usually find us here from early morning until the sun goes down. There isn’t much to the shop besides the steel and some basic tools. We don't really do much advertising; most people just know we're here because they've seen the sign or heard about us from someone else in the estate. It's honest work, and it keeps us busy every day. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nobody has to wait too long. We keep our coffee on the desk and our boots on the ground.
