You can find us at Shop No 4 in the Kapadia Industrial Estate. We are located in Andheri East, right near where the old Loop Mobile Gallery used to be. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading happening around us, which can get a bit loud. We deal in different types of steel, mostly supplying to the smaller workshops and builders working nearby. The shop is usually stacked high with rods and sheets, so it can get a bit cramped inside if we have a big delivery coming in. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking the stock levels to see what needs ordering for the next week. It’s a straightforward business with no frills. My brother and I took over from our father, and we’ve kept things running pretty much the same way he did for years. There’s no fancy marketing here, just a lot of heavy lifting and keeping track of the inventory in our old ledgers. The traffic in Andheri can be a real headache for our delivery drivers, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have a big team, just a couple of guys who know how to handle the heavy materials safely. People come to us because they know we are usually around when they need something specific for a job. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the local trade.
