Steel Major, In India

So, Steel Major, In India is the name, but right now we are working out of a temporary spot in Mumbai. It is C-58 in the Rohit Apartments. If you are familiar with the Lokhanwala Housing Society in Andheri West, you know it is a pretty busy area. The apartment isn't really a factory or a big corporate office, it is just where we have set up for the time being. It can get a bit cramped with all the files and the computer gear, but we make it work. Living and working in Mumbai means you get used to small spaces. We call ourselves Steel Major because that is the goal, even if the current office is just a room in a housing society. Dealing with steel while being in an apartment complex is a bit of a juggle. We have to be quiet so we don't bother the neighbors too much. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and we have to walk up, which is fine. The address might change later, but for now, this is where we are. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It is a very normal, everyday kind of life here in Andheri. We don't have any big signs out front. You just have to find the right door in Rohit Appts. It is honest work and we are just trying to build something here. We will probably be here for another few months before finding a more permanent spot.
