We work out of Gala No 38 in the Ashirwad Industrial area. This is over in Goregaon West, specifically around Ambegaon Shivpathar. Being in an industrial gala means there is always a lot of noise—machines running, metal clanging, and trucks loading up outside. Steel Innovation isn't a quiet office; it's a place where things get made. The space in Gala No 38 is mostly taken up by equipment and raw materials. There’s a small corner where we keep the desk and the computer for the bills. It’s often a bit hot and noisy, but that’s the nature of the work we do. We’ve been in this part of Goregaon West for quite a while and we know the other gala owners around here. The road to Ambegaon Shivpathar can be a bit rough, especially during the rains, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished showroom. Most people who come here are looking for specific work to be done and they know we just get on with it. It’s a gritty, hands-on environment. The staff here at Steel Innovation are usually covered in a bit of dust or grease by the end of the shift. We don't mind it. It shows we’ve been busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel. It's an honest way to make a living in a busy industrial hub. We just do what needs to be done every single day.
