You’ll find Steel Impex on the first floor of Batli Boy House. We are located at 59/61, Nagdevi 'X' Lane, which is right in the heart of the hardware and metal market. If you’ve ever been to Nagdevi, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes are. It’s always a scramble with carts and people moving heavy goods. Our office is up one flight of stairs, number 108. It’s an old building, the kind with thick walls and high ceilings. We handle a lot of steel trade. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking on phones and the rustle of papers. It’s not a quiet place, but there’s a good energy to it. We’ve been in this lane for many years now. We know the other traders and the guys who move the stock. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're right there. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to deal with that stress. We just try to be honest with our customers and keep things moving. It’s a traditional way of doing business in a very traditional part of the city. We're just a small part of the busy life on Nagdevi 'X' Lane, doing our work the way it's been done for years.
