Steel Deal

You can find our office at B/ 304, Highway Rose, which is located at 92 Dixit Road in Vile Parle East. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always a lot of noise and activity right outside our windows. Steel Deal is mostly about coordinating the movement of metal from one place to another. It is not a huge warehouse; it is more of a central hub where we handle the logistics and the sales part of the steel business. We spend a lot of time on the telephone discussing things like gauges, weights, and delivery dates. The traffic on Dixit Road can be really difficult some days, but we have learned to plan around it. We handle a variety of steel orders for different projects. It involves a lot of back and forth with both the people who supply the metal and the people who need it. The office is often a bit crowded with files, ledgers, and various samples we keep around for reference. We are not interested in being the flashiest company in the city. We just want to be a place where you can get a straightforward answer about what steel is available and when it can be delivered. Most of our days are spent drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets to make sure the numbers are correct. It is a regular job that we have been doing at this same location for many years now.
