Steel Consultants sits in a quiet spot at 512/9B, Juhu Angan, New D. N. Nagar, in Andheri West. It is more of a residential-commercial mix around here, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. Our office is small but we manage. We spend our time looking at blueprints, calculating costs, and advising people on how to use steel in their projects. It's a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people. The neighborhood is okay, though the parking can be a real headache if you arrive late. We have a few desks, some drafting tools, and a lot of reference books stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a very different vibe from a big glass tower. We don't have a fancy dress code, so you'll usually see us in casual shirts. Most days are spent hunched over computers or talking to site engineers who have questions. We don't really advertise much because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. It’s a simple life of looking at steel specs and making sure everything is safe for building. We like the local feel of being in Juhu Angan. It makes the work feel a bit more grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm, just doing our consulting work honestly. The tea guy comes twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a real break.
