Standard Machinery Sales Co

Standard Machinery Sales Co is on the second floor of the Ginar Building. We are located at 18 Santacruz West, right on Narol Cross Road, just behind the old Akbar Allys department store. It’s an older building, and our office is mostly filled with catalogs, manuals, and samples of different machine parts. We’ve been working in the machinery trade for a long time. It’s not the kind of place that looks pretty. There’s usually a bit of grease on the desks and boxes stacked up in the corners. We deal with various industrial equipment and spare parts. Most of our day is spent talking to factory owners or maintenance guys who need something specific to keep their lines running. Santacruz is a busy area, and the cross road can get quite jammed in the afternoons. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but we’re usually too busy to look. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. People find us because they need a part that no one else has or because they’ve been buying from us for years. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking through old ledgers sometimes. We keep it simple and focus on the technical details. It’s steady, quiet work for the most part, unless a big order comes in and we have to move things around. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot.
