Being up on the 14th floor of Dalamal Tower in Nariman Point gives us a decent view, but we're mostly focused on the stainless steel trade. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork up here in office 1406. We handle various parts and shipments that move all across the country. Dealing with steel can be tricky sometimes because prices shift and people need specific grades for their projects. We’ve been in this building for a good bit now. Most of the day is spent checking specs and making sure orders are moving along. It’s not a factory floor, it’s more of the brains of the operation where the logistics get sorted. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, but that's just city life. We work with a lot of different suppliers and customers. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the right stainless parts get to the right place. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just a functional space where we get the business done. Usually, the desks are covered in catalogs and shipping notes. We take our work seriously but we’re regular people who enjoy a tea break like anyone else. If you come by, it’s just a standard office setting where we keep track of the metal industry. It’s busy, often a bit hectic with the phones ringing, but we manage to stay on top of the orders without making a big fuss about it.
