St. Mathew'S High School & Junior College

St. Mathew'S High School & Junior College is situated near Akashwani in Azminagar. You have to come through Gate No 7 in Malwani to find us. Malwani is a very crowded part of Mumbai, so there is always something going on outside our gates. It’s quite a walk from the main station, so most people take a bus or a rickshaw to get to this part of the city. We have both the school and the junior college in the same general area. The building is large enough to hold all the students, but it still feels packed during the peak hours. Maharashtra 400095 is our zip code if you are looking for us on a map. The area around Gate 7 is always full of shops and people moving around. Inside the school, things are a bit more controlled, but you can still hear the noise from the street. We have kids from all over the neighborhood coming here for their classes. The junior college students are a bit older, so they tend to hang out near the entrance after their lectures are done. It’s a busy environment and we are constantly trying to keep the hallways clear. We don’t have much in the way of extra space, so every room is put to use. The weather in Mumbai can be tough, especially when it rains hard, but the school stays open. It's just a regular part of life here in Malwani.
