Srushti Mandar Rao

Srushti Mandar Rao is located at 323 in Sonal Link Estate, specifically in Building No.2 on Link Road in Malad West. It’s a pretty standard business estate. There are lots of other units around us doing all sorts of things. Our space is unit 323, and it’s where we spend our days. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if the traffic on Link Road is bad, which it usually is. But once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We have our desks, our files, and our daily chores. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or high-end furniture. We just have what works. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of place. We don't have a big corporate handbook or a list of values we have to recite. It’s more about just being decent to each other and getting the work done. Malad West is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small places nearby. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s ours. We aren't trying to sound like some massive corporation. This is just a local business trying to do things right from our spot in Sonal Link Estate. We keep things pretty practical and don't make a big deal out of anything.
