You can find us at Jijina Mansion, specifically Room No. 3 on the first floor at 162 Mody Street in Fort. It’s an old building, the kind with a lot of character and creaky stairs that tell a story. Srinivas Clearing & Shipping Agency has been tucked away in this room for quite some time now. Mody Street is right in the heart of the business district, so it’s always buzzing with people and messengers running around. Our office is small and filled with ledgers and stacks of forms that we need for the clearing work. It’s not the most modern setup, but it works for us and our clients. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various government buildings to get things cleared through customs. It’s a lot of walking and waiting in lines, which can be frustrating, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or fancy websites. We just do the work that comes in every morning. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s always a form to fill out or a client to call back.
