Spl Iron & Steel

We are located at A 2 on Marol Maroshi Road, which is a pretty busy spot for businesses like ours. Dealing with iron and steel means there’s always a bit of noise coming from our yard. We have been here for some time now, just focusing on getting the metal moved from the trucks to the customers. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking weights and making sure the grades are what people asked for. The yard isn't much to look at, just lots of racks and stacks of industrial materials. We get all kinds of people coming in, from small contractors to guys just needing a couple of bars for a gate. My desk is usually covered in papers and delivery notes. It’s dusty work, and the summer heat makes the metal hot to touch, but we just get on with it. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything. People find us because we’ve been in Marol for years and they know where the gate is. Usually, there's a truck idling nearby waiting to be loaded. We just try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting around too long. It’s a basic operation. We stock the steel, we weigh it, and we load it up. That's the whole day for us, from early morning until we close the gates in the evening. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and it keeps the lights on.
