Specail Steel Wire Rope

Our office, Specail Steel Wire Rope, is right next to the Malad Station in Malad West. We’re in the Samarpan building, room 703, which is just across from the Solitaire building. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains all day, but it makes the commute easy for everyone. We deal with exactly what’s in our name—steel wire ropes. These aren't the kind of things you buy at a local hardware store; they are for big industrial jobs and heavy lifting. We don't keep the big spools here in the office, obviously. This is where we handle the orders, the paperwork, and the phone calls from sites. It’s a fairly small space with desks pushed together and stacks of catalogs everywhere. We’ve got a few photos on the wall of bridges and cranes where our stuff has been used. The lift in this building can be a bit slow, so we often end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It feels like a community here in Malad. We’ve been doing this for years, and we know the specs of these ropes by heart. Most of us have been in the industry long enough to know what works and what doesn't. We just provide what people need without a lot of sales talk or fluff. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
