Spanco Bpo India is situated in the Govind Pawar Chawl near Siddheshwewr Talao in Khopat, Thane West. It’s a local spot that’s easy to find once you know the area around the lake. We aren't in one of those high-rise call centers you see in the movies. Instead, we have a more grounded setup here. The office is functional and does what we need it to do. We handle a lot of the back-end work and phone stuff that keeps things running for different clients. It can get pretty noisy inside when everyone is on the phone at once. The 400601 area is quite lively, so there’s always something going on outside too. We have a mix of people working here, mostly just folks from the local neighborhood or nearby parts of Thane. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that; we usually just head out to the local stalls for a bite. It’s a real place with real people doing their jobs every day. We’ve been in this chawl for a while, and it feels right for us. It’s not polished or perfect, but it’s where we do our work and earn our living. We just keep going, handling one call or task after the other. It gets the job done and keeps us busy.
