Span Arch Developer Pvt.Ltd is located in Kurla West, over at V.B. Nagar. Specifically, we’re at C No 2, Room No 24, A Block on Pipe Road. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who has ever spent time in Kurla can tell you. The 400070 area is always moving and shaking. We do development work, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at sites and dealing with the building side of things. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just Room 24 in the block, but it’s where all the actual planning happens. Pipe Road has its own character, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a bit. It’s a lot of hard work, honestly. Dealing with construction and all those permits in Mumbai takes a lot of patience and time. We don't have a big PR team or anyone to polish our image. We just talk to the people we’re building for and try to get the job done right. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things difficult, or the materials don't show up on time because of traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a local operation, and we know the streets of Kurla well. Being in V.B. Nagar puts us right in the thick of the community.
