Our office for South Seas Distilleries And Breweries Private Limited is over at Spenta 6, 3/4 Ridge Road on Malabar Hill. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the rest of the city, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on work. We don't actually do the distilling here on Ridge Road; this is where we handle the management and the planning side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between the production sites and the distributors. We spend our days dealing with licenses, logistics, and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in forms and legal requirements, but that’s just how the alcohol industry works. Malabar Hill is a pleasant place to work, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare for visitors. The office itself is pretty quiet, mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call to a supplier. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we have a rhythm to how we do things. We don't put on a big show or anything. We just focus on making sure the bottles get where they need to go and that everything is above board. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we have a good team that’s been together for years. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving forward with the work.
