You can find us in Pathanwadi, specifically in the Kerali Welfare Society area of Sanjay Nagar, Malad East. We are right on Rani Sati Marg. It’s a busy part of Malad, and we’ve been running our cab service from here for a while. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the cars are running right and the drivers are ready to go. We handle a lot of local trips around the suburbs, but we also take people further out when needed. The traffic around Pathanwadi can be quite heavy, so we spend a lot of time monitoring the roads. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and answer the phone. We don't use any polished sales pitches. If you need a car, we tell you if one is free. Sometimes we are fully booked and have to say no, which we don't like doing, but that's how it goes. The cars get a lot of wear and tear, so we are always looking after them. It’s a straightforward business. We know the routes around Malad very well by now. People in the society know us, and we get a lot of repeat customers from the nearby buildings. It’s just about getting people to their destination safely and without any extra fuss. We keep a box of tools in the back of the office for small repairs. It's just a regular local shop trying to stay busy.
