Our office is tucked away at number 43 in the Neeraj building, which is part of the Ushma Nagar Society. It's just off Evershine Nagar in Malad West. A good way to find us is to look for Ryan International school, as we are right next to it. You can hear the kids playing and the school bells ringing throughout the day, which gives the place a bit of life. Sofomation Energy isn't some giant corporate entity with a lobby and a receptionist. We are just a bunch of people working in a space that used to be a residential flat. It’s got that homey feel, for better or worse. We have our computers set up where the living room probably was. The kitchen area is where we make our coffee and store our lunch boxes. Malad is a busy suburb, and the traffic around here can be a real headache, but we’ve learned to deal with it. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it works for us. We focus on our daily projects without making a big fuss. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. We prefer just talking over the desks to get things sorted. It’s a practical environment. We show up, put in the hours, and navigate the Mumbai heat just like everyone else.
