Soda

Soda is situated at number 9 on the Goregaon Link Road in Malad West. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the new developments happening nearby. Our place is tucked into a small building that’s easy to miss if you’re driving too fast. Inside, it’s just a plain room with some equipment. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty loud in here when the machines are running. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. There’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. The floor is concrete and it’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We have a small window that looks out toward the back alley. Not much of a view but it lets in some light. Malad West has become so crowded over the years. We remember when there was more open space around the Link Road. Now it’s just buildings and traffic. We try to stay organized but with so many things happening at once, it’s a challenge. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. It’s just us here doing what we do every day. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we’re used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The rent goes up every year but we manage to stay put.
