Being at 76, Atlanta Nariman Point means we get a decent view of the city, but mostly we are just looking at our screens. Sns Overseas Private Limited is run by a small group of us who have been in this game for quite some time. The building is one of those classic business spots where everyone is always in a hurry to catch the lift. Our office is a mix of old files and newer laptops. We spend most of the morning answering emails from different time zones, which can be a bit of a headache. Dealing with overseas stuff means our clocks are always a bit off. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just coordinating between people who want to sell things and people who want to buy them. Sometimes the logistics fail and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone eating lunch at their desk while typing. The commute to Nariman Point is a bit of a slog, especially when it rains, but we've been doing it so long it’s just part of the routine now. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the cargo moves and the bills get paid on time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. We aren't big on meetings, we just talk across the desks.
