S.N.Katdare & Co. is located in Malad East. You can find us at Mahalaxmi Apartments, Room 401. We are near Triveni Nagar, right in the Vaishet Pada No.2 area of Kurar Village. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this side of Malad, but we’ve been here for a while. Our office is a simple apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace for our chartered accountancy practice. It isn't a polished corporate environment. There are files on the floor and books stacked on every available surface. We spend our days going through income and expenditure statements for local businesses. The neighborhood is crowded and full of life, which we like. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to our clients. We just show them where the numbers go and what the government requires. Tax season is always a bit of a mess with everyone rushing at the last minute, so things can get hectic in this small room. We have a couple of computers and a printer that gets a lot of use. We don't really have a marketing plan or a sales pitch. People just come to us because we are here and we know how to handle the paperwork. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It's what we've been doing in Malad for years.
