Premnath And Associates is located over in Andheri, specifically at Seven Bungalows. We are in Aaram Nagar 1, at number 23, which most people know as Picnic Cottage. It’s a nice enough spot in Mumbai, even though the traffic around here can be a real headache during the rush hour. We have been operating out of this cottage for some time now. It’s got a bit of character compared to those high-rise glass buildings you see everywhere else in the city. We aren't a huge firm, just a group of us working together. Usually, the door is open and there is someone around to talk to. Being in the Seven Bungalows area means we get a lot of local foot traffic and people just stopping in to ask questions. It’s not always quiet, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We don't have those fancy reception desks or anything. Just our workspace and some files. Aaram Nagar is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, so we usually have to give directions over the phone. We just handle our business day to day. It’s a practical setup. We like the vibe of the cottage; it feels more like a real place to work than a stiff office. If you find yourself near the beach or the market, we are just a short walk away. We've been here long enough that the building feels like a second home to the whole team. It works for us.
