If you are looking for Bhatija & Co., you’ll find us in Santacruz East, Mumbai. We are located at Room Number 3 in Varsha Chawl, near Gate Number 1 of Hanuman Tekdi. Being in a chawl means there is always something happening right outside the door. It is a very typical Mumbai neighborhood. You hear the sounds of families, kids playing, and the general hum of the city all day long. Our office is small, but it serves us well. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist. It is just a room where we keep our books and do our daily tasks. The space is a bit tight, so we have to be very organized with our storage. Mumbai 55 is a busy area, and we are right in the thick of it. The monsoon season is always interesting here because the streets get a bit messy, but we just keep the shop running. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. We know the neighbors well, and there is a sense of everyone looking out for each other. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just a place of work where we handle our business honestly and stay busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we eat lunch together at the desk. It’s a simple life, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like something it isn't. We just work hard and go home.
