P R Dharia Associates

Our office, P R Dharia Associates, is situated in Girgaon, over at Navy Colony. We are in the Liberty Garden area, specifically Block No 42/44 within the Shri Niwas building on Ban Street. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a nice enough place once you arrive. The building has that classic Mumbai feel to it, and we’ve made our space as comfortable as we can. It’s not a high-tech center or anything like that. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area where we can sit with people who come to visit. Sometimes the stray cats from the garden wander near the door, and we don't mind the company. We’ve been part of the Girgaon community for years. Most of the work we do involves the local buildings and the people who live in them. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because we prefer to let our reputation do the talking. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and notes scribbled on the backs of envelopes. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with things as they come up and don't try to overcomplicate the process. Life at Shri Niwas is pretty predictable, which is exactly how we like it. We show up, we do the work, and we go home at the end of the day feeling like we’ve accomplished something useful. It’s just how we run things and we’re happy with that.
