You can find us at Shop No.1 on the ground floor of Matru Mandir. We are right on 13th Road in Khar West, which is a busy little area with a lot of people walking by all the time. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of the street life while we are working on advisory stuff. Smest Advisory isn’t a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us who know the Mumbai market pretty well. We moved into this office in Khar because it’s a good neighborhood and we like being near the local shops. Inside, we have a couple of desks and a small area where we keep our records. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just walk in and see one of us at a computer. We handle various advisory tasks that come our way throughout the week. The monsoon sometimes makes the street outside a bit messy, but that's just how things are here. We just focus on getting our work done and keeping things organized. Most of our days are spent checking figures and talking to clients on the mobile. It’s a plain, straightforward operation we run here in Matru Mandir. We try to be helpful and just get on with the day's tasks without too much fuss and noise.
