We run SM BIZ ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED from a space in the Matunga Labour Camp area. To be exact, we are on the third floor of Plot 120, C East, along Dharavi Andhra Valley Road. It's a busy part of Mumbai, always something going on outside the windows. The office is 19C. It’s not the most modern building you’ll see, but it works for what we need. We do business advisory stuff here. Most days involve a lot of spreadsheets and talking through different plans. The area around Dharavi and Matunga is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy. We’ve been in this spot for a bit. It’s a practical location for us. It’s not flashy, just a regular office floor where a few of us sit and work through the files. Getting things right for the businesses we help is what keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the stairs are a better bet than the lift if we're in a hurry. The local tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up for a break. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up at Plot 120 and do the advisory work that needs doing. It’s a simple operation really. We know the neighborhood well and the people here know us. It’s just how we operate. We like the grit and the noise of the area. It keeps us focused on the real-world side of things and getting the job done each day.
