Skylark Staffing Solution

If you head over to Andheri East, specifically the Marol Pipeline area, you will find us at Skylark Staffing Solution. We are located in the Akshay society on Kandivita Road. It’s a hectic neighborhood, like most of Mumbai is. Our office is in B/1, and we have been here quite some time. We spend most of our hours talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need an extra hand. It’s a lot of phone calls and reading through piles of papers. We don't use those online portals for everything because we like actually talking to the people who walk through the door. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well enough. Sometimes the traffic on Kandivita Road makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we understand how Mumbai works. We aren't here to promise anyone a dream life. We just try to find a decent job for a decent person. There’s a lot of coordination involved, and sometimes things get messy with schedules. We don't have a polished waiting room with magazines. It’s just a place where work happens. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We are just a local team trying to keep the wheels turning in this busy part of the city. We get by and we keep things moving.
