We are located at No. 299 on Abdul Rehman Street. Being so close to Crawford Market means there is never a dull moment. The noise from the honking cars and the shouting sellers is just part of our daily life. At Siri Bags Llp, we have a small team working out of this location. We deal with all sorts of bags, from small pouches to larger ones. The shop is narrow and deep. We have shelves that go all the way to the top. Sometimes we need a ladder just to reach a customer's request. It’s a bit chaotic but we know where everything is. The heat in the summer can be quite a lot, but we have a small fan that helps. We aren't looking to be famous. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. We get a lot of regular customers who have been coming to this street for decades. They tell us stories about how the market used to look. We listen while we pack up their orders. The sidewalk outside is always blocked by something. You have to be careful where you step. It’s a gritty part of the city, but it has a lot of soul. We fit right in with the other shops here at No. 299. I keep a bottle of water under the counter.
