Singh Roadlines

Singh Roadlines is based at 104, on the 1st floor of Veena Chambers. This is in the Masjid Mansa area, which is pretty much the center of the transport world in this city. If you’ve ever been to Masjid, you know the streets are narrow and always full of people moving goods. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It’s a busy place with phones ringing and people coming in to check on their shipments. We don’t have a fancy lounge for guests, just some chairs and a lot of files. The building, Veena Chambers, is an old one, and it has that specific smell of old paper and dust that you find in all these trading hubs. We spend our days tracking routes and talking to drivers. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. The walls are lined with maps and calendars. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like Masjid, there is always a bit of chaos you have to manage. My name is Singh and this roadlines business is something we take seriously, even if we don’t use big words to describe it. We just make sure the trucks go where they are supposed to go. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk and making calls, day in and day out, in the middle of all the noise. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
