Simon Steel (India)

Simon Steel (India) is located at Shop No. 10 in the Damini Sadan Building on Nanubhai Desai Road. It is a small shop, but we manage to fit a lot of steel products into the space we have. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right size of metal or weighing out pieces on the scale. We do not have a website or a big sales team; it is just a couple of us here handling the walk-in customers. The building is older, and our shop has a very simple look with metal racks lining the walls. Nanubhai Desai Road is a very active street, and sometimes it is hard to find a place to park even for a minute. We try to work fast so people can load their trucks and move on. During the rainy season, the dampness gets into the shop a bit, but we just wipe things down and keep going. We have some old wooden chairs for people to sit on if they have to wait for a cut, but mostly it is a busy place where people come and go quickly. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for a long time. We do not use any promotional language or try to act bigger than we are. We are just a local steel shop trying to provide what the neighborhood builders and workshops need every day.
