Our office is located at F/81 in Prabhat Nagar, which is part of the Ramabai Colony in Ghatkopar East. It is a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We have been operating from this spot for a while, helping people figure out their paperwork and consultancy needs. It is a small space, and we often have to move chairs around when more than two people visit at once. My desk is usually covered in folders and various forms that need signing. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; it is a more personal setup here. You will probably hear the sounds of the neighborhood while we talk, like kids playing outside or someone selling vegetables on the street. It is very much a local Mumbai operation. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. We try to be helpful without being too formal about it. People come to us when they are confused about a process, and we do our best to walk them through it. It is not always fast because some things just take time, but we stay with it. The building itself is older, but it has character. We like being part of the community here in Ghatkopar and seeing the same faces every day when we arrive at work.
