Simander Steels & Engg. Co.

Simander Steels & Engg. Co. is located on the first floor of the Goragandhi Building at 78/80 C.P. Tank Road. It is a very busy area, and navigating the street outside can be a bit of a challenge with all the carts and people moving about. Our office is not very large, and it is usually filled with catalogs, steel samples, and stacks of old ledgers. We have been operating from this same building for a long time, and we know most of the other business owners on the block. The stairs leading up to our floor are a bit narrow and steep, so it is a bit of a workout every morning. We do not have a fancy setup with a lot of modern decor. It is just a practical workspace where we talk to customers and manage our steel and engineering supplies. Sometimes the power flickers when the shops downstairs start up their equipment, but we are used to that. We do not spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking up the stairs from the street. It is a simple way of doing business where we just focus on getting the specs right for every order. We enjoy the local community feel of C.P. Tank Road, even when it gets incredibly noisy and hectic outside during the peak hours of the afternoon.
