Silverpoint Overseas (India)

You can find us at Srinivas House on Narshi Natha Street, right across from the Oriental Bank of Commerce. We’re on the ground floor in room number three. Masjid Bunder is a really busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We handle overseas work, which mostly means a lot of international paperwork and keeping track of different time zones. It’s a bit of a small office, but it’s enough for us. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails to make sure things are moving across borders correctly. It can be stressful when things get stuck, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle it. We don't use big corporate talk or make promises we can't keep. We just tell people the situation as it is. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are right so there aren't any surprises later on. It’s hard work, but we like being right in the heart of the commercial district where everything is happening. The tea from the stall around the corner is some of the best in the city, which helps on long afternoons. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as simply as possible.
