You can find us at Silva Dwell CHS Ltd in Mahim West. We are in unit number 3, which is on the ground level. Our building is at 447 S.B Cross Rd. It’s quite easy to spot because we are right near the Canara Bank. If you hit the bank, you’ve basically found us. The road outside can get a bit narrow with all the parked bikes, but that’s Mahim for you. The office is a straightforward space. We don't have any flashy decorations or a big lobby. It’s just where the work happens. Since we are on the ground floor, we don’t have to deal with the lifts, which is a plus. We see a lot of people walking by on their way to the bank or the station. The walls are painted a simple off-white and we have some old metal cupboards for our files. It’s a bit of an old-school setup, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here for a while and know the neighborhood well. There’s a guy who sells sandwiches just around the corner that we go to almost every day. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside, even though the street is busy. We don’t do much in the way of marketing ourselves, we just stay busy with our regular services. It’s a practical location for us and our visitors.
