We are over at 2, Kairali, on R. C. Marg in Chembur. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite National Asphalt. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this part of Chembur is no different. Our office is a small part of the neighborhood. It is a simple setup because we don’t need much to do our jobs besides a good desk and a working connection. The building is an older one, Kairali, but it serves us well enough for what we need. Most days, it is just us managing the network and making sure things are working as they should. You can hear the noise from R. C. Marg all day, the horns and the buses going by, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and one of us will look up from a screen. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment delivered, but we manage the space. People around here know us as the Sify Ltd guys. We take our lunch breaks when we can, usually grabbing something from the stalls nearby. It is a very practical way to run a business in Mumbai. No fluff, just the work we do every day. The monsoon season makes things a bit damp, but we keep the equipment dry and the lights on.
