If you are looking for us, we are in Room No 1 on the ground floor of the Gokhal building in Mulund East. We are quite close to the Ganesh Cinema, which everyone in the neighborhood knows. It’s a small office, mostly just a place for the drivers to check in and for us to handle the phone calls. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of the time, the cabs are out on the road, so the office stays quiet until shift change. Then it gets a bit noisy with people talking and keys jingling. We’ve been operating out of Mulund for a good number of years. It’s a busy spot, especially on weekends when people are going to the movies nearby. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit if everyone comes in at once. We keep a ledger for the bookings and a few chairs for anyone waiting. It’s a basic setup, nothing like those big corporate transport offices you see in the city. We just deal with the local routes and the regular customers who call us every week. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the phone and this little room on the ground floor.
