We operate out of Tarun Bharat Society in Chakala, right in the Andheri East area. We’ve got units 1 and 2 on plot 30. It’s a pretty central location, which helps because the traffic around here can be a real pain. Logistics is mostly just a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We deal with all kinds of transport issues and cargo schedules throughout the day. The office usually has some stacks of paper and a few phones ringing at once. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is when you’re moving goods around. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass building. We are just a group of people who know how the systems work and try to keep things moving. Sometimes a truck gets stuck or a shipment is delayed, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. Most of our clients are businesses nearby who need their stuff handled without any nonsense. We don't have a big sales team; we just do the work and let that speak for itself. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We just wear what's comfortable and get through the tasks. It’s a solid way to make a living and keeps us on our toes every single morning.
